If you were to ask people to describe the Absolute Biokovo Challenge trails in a few short words, most would probably use these words: incredible views, steep, difficult, breathtaking, wild, Biokovo never disappoints.
However, even these words are not enough to describe the beauty, wilderness and magic of one of the most beautiful, wildest and highest mountains in Croatia. The race runs through the most impressive parts of the mountain, which are also part of the Nature Park. It climbs and descends along steep paths carved and built into the cliffs themselves, winds along small ridges between sinkholes, weaves through forests of pine, beech and mountain maple…

The Absolute Biokovo Challenge has 4 length categories:
– Extreme Challenge: 45.4 km, 4480m+
– Sky Challenge, 27.2 km, 2900m+
– High Challenge, 14 km, 1720m+
– Vertical Challenge, 5 km, 1160m+
